| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na zkoumání firem, jež se rozhodly přejít na alternativní model managementu. Její cílem je proanalyzovat, jestli společnosti v České republice využívají alternativní management či nikoliv. V teoretické části práce jsem vymezila základní prvky firem s alternativním modelem managementu a jejich odlišnosti od společností s tradiční hierarchickou organizační strukturou. Soustředila jsem se také na příklady světově známých společností, jež odstoupily od tradičního modelu managementu. Pro dosažení cílů diplomové práce jsem provedla kvantitativní výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jestli společnosti v České republice jsou vnímané jako inovativní a využívající alternativní management či nikoliv. Na konci diplomové práce vyhodnocuji výsledky výzkumu a dělám závěr ohledně dosažení stanovených cílů práce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on an examination of the companies which have decided to switch to alternative management model. Its aim is to analyze whether the companies of the Czech Republic use alternative management or not. In the theoretical part of the thesis I have identified the basic elements of the companies with an alternative management model and their distinction from the companies with traditional hierarchic structure. I also concentrated on the examples of the world known companies which withdrew from the traditional management model. In order to achieve the goal of the diploma thesis I conducted quantitative research in form of a questionnaire survey which objective was to find out if the companies of the Czech Republic are perceived as innovative and using alternative management or not. At the end of diploma thesis I evaluate the results of research and draw a conclusion relating achievement of set goals of the thesis. |
