| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je primární vymezení silných a slabých stránek podniku Pivovar Litovel. Bakalářská práce je sestavena z úvodu, teoretické části, praktické části a závěru. Teoretická část obsahuje popis jednotlivých nástrojů strategické analýzy za využití odborné literatury. Praktická část identifikuje příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky Pivovaru Litovel s využitím nástrojů z teoretické části. V průběhu strategické analýzy byla využita PESTEL analýza, analýza Porterova modelu pěti sil, klasifikace vnitřní zdrojů, VRIO analýza a finanční analýza. Na závěr je použita SWOT analýza, která shrnuje získané faktory a informace, na jejichž základě jsou navržena strategická doporučení pro vrcholný management podniku Pivovar Litovel. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is the primary definition of the strengths and weaknesses of the company Pivovar Litovel. The bachelor thesis is composed of an introduction, theoretical part, practical part, and conclusion. The theoretical part contains a description of individual tools of strategic analysis using the literature. The practical part identifies opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of the Pivovar Litovel using the tools mentioned at the theoretical part. PESTEL analysis, Porter's model of five forces, classification of internal resources, VRIO analysis and financial analysis were used during the strategic analysis. Finally, a SWOT analysis is used, which summarizes the acquired factors and information, based on which strategic recommendations for the top management of the company are proposed. |
