| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce jsou techniky sociálního inženýrství a jejich budoucí vývoj. Toto téma je důležité kvůli rostoucímu počtu uživatelů internetu a tím i zvýšená pravděpodobnost odcizení citlivých dat uživatele pomocí technik sociálního inženýrství. I přes velké využívání internetu, uživatelé nedodržují základní pravidla pro bezpečné chování na internetu. Práce vysvětluje nejen pohled na problematiku kybernetické bezpečnosti, ale i na využívané podvodné techniky. Samotným výzkumem je zjišťováno, jak se uživatelé na internetu chovají a zda znají pojmy z oblasti sociálního inženýrství. Výzkum je prováděn vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením, které využívá základních otázek v oblasti chování na internetu jako zdroj pro výsledky této práce. Techniky sociálního inženýrství se mnoho let nemění, základ technik zůstává stejný, mění se pouze obsah informací, které jsou využity při útocích. Uživatelé se v dnešní době stále neumí zaměřit na základní bezpečnostní doporučení a mnoho z nich je spíše podprůměrných, co se týče znalostí ohledně bezpečnosti na internetu. Důležitost zjištění ukazuje, že uživatelé by měli být v této oblasti více vzděláváni, aby člověk nebyl v řetězci bezpečnosti nejslabší článek. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor thesis are techniques of social engineering and their future development. This topic is important due to the growing number of internet users and thus the increased likelihood of theft of sensitive user data using social engineering techniques. Despite the high use of the internet, users do not follow the basic rules for safe behavior on the internet. The thesis not only explains the view of the issue of cyber security, but also the usage of fraudulent techniques. The research itself finds out how users behave on the internet and whether they know the terms of social engineering. The research is carried out by own questionnaire survey, which uses basic questions in the field of behavior on the internet as a source for the results of this thesis. Social engineering techniques have not changed for many years, the basis of the techniques remains the same, only the content of the information used in the attacks changes. Today, users are still unable to focus on basic security recommendations, and many of them are rather below average in terms of Internet security knowledge. The importance of the findings shows that users should be more educated in this area so that people are not the weakest link in the safety chain. |
