| Abstract: | Cílem práce je stanovit požadavky a omezení na volbu vhodného nástroje pro komunikaci uvnitř jednotky bezpečnostní kontroly Letiště Václava Havla Praha a vyhodnotit použitelnost vybraných řešení.Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze omezení a požadavkům na zavedení komunikačního systému pro účely organizační jednotky bezpečnostní kontroly Letiště Václava Havla Praha a rozboru dostupných komunikačních platforem. První část bakalářské práce popisuje řešenou problematiku na teoretické úrovni. Jsou zde uvedena pravidla pro tvorbu analýzy komunikačních procesů a legislativní omezení, které se dotýkají řešené problematiky. V části druhé se práce věnuje rozboru komunikačních procesů uvnitř jednotky bezpečnostní kontroly a následnému hledání úzkých míst těchto procesů, které by měl komunikační systém řešit. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the work is to set requirements and restrictions for the selection of a suitable tool for communication within the security control department of Václav Havel Airport Prague and to evaluate the applicability of selected solutions.The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of restrictions and requirements for the introduction of a communication system for the purposes of the security control department of Václav Havel Airport Prague and the analysis of available communication platforms. The first part of the bachelor's thesis describes the issues addressed at the theoretical level. There are rules for creating an analysis of communication processes and legislative restrictions that affect the issues addressed. In the second part, the work deals with the analysis of communication processes within the security control department and the subsequent search for bottlenecks in these processes that the communication system should address. |
