| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje úvod do rozhodovacího rámce Evidence-based managementu podle Barendse a Rousseau (2018) a jeho ukázku. Prvním cílem je vytvořit poklady pro rozhodovací problém firmy Spendee – hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je to, jaký má práce na dálku vliv na výkonnost zaměstnanců. Druhým cílem této práce je poskytnout návod na aplikaci tohoto rozhodovacího rámce, protože takovýto návod zatím v češtině neexistuje. První část této práce se věnuje teoretickému základu Evidence-based managementu. Analýze rozhodovacího problému se věnuje druhá část práce, kde jsou nejdříve analyzovány jednotlivé zdroje důkazů, které jsou následně agregovány pomocí Bayesova vzorce. Výsledkem této analýzy je to, že je 93 % pravděpodobnost, že práce na dálku zlepší výkonnost zaměstnanců ve firmě Spendee. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis provides an introduction to the Evidence-based management decision-making framework by Barends and Rousseau (2018) and its application. The first aim of this thesis is to create documentation and analysis for a decision in the firm Spendee – the main research question is: “What is the impact of telecommuting on performance of employees?”. The second aim of this thesis is to provide a guideline for using this framework, because no such guideline has been created in Czech. The first part of this thesis focuses on theory underlying Evidence-based management. The second part focuses on the analysis of the decision. The analysis starts by taking look at different sources of evidence, which are then aggregated using the Bayes theorem. The result of this analysis is that there is 93 % probability that telecommuting will result in increased performance of employees in Spendee. |
