| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o využití metody human-centered design při tvorbě rezervačního formuláře v rámci rezervačního systému, který funguje na platformě chatbota. Cílem práce je vývoj prototypu rezervačního systému a následně zhodnocení jeho funkčnosti pomocí uživatelského testování.Součástí teoretické části práce je vymezení základních pojmů jako rezervační systém, human-centered design a chatbot. Dojde také k představení platformy, na které rezervační systém funguje. V praktické části je pak představen postup uživatelského výzkumu a jeho výsledky, vývoj prototypu a popis uživatelského testování s doporučením. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the use of human-centered design methods with the purpose of creating a prototype of a reservation form that works on a basis of a chat platform. The aim of this thesis is to develop a prototype of reservation form and evaluate this prototype in a conducted user testing.The theoretical part of the thesis contains the definitions of basic concepts such as booking system, human-centered design and chatbot. Furthermore, a presentation of the platform on which the reservation system works is included.The practical part presents the process of user research and its results, the prototype development and a description of user testing. |
