Optimization of IT costs in the company

In modern companies, IT solutions and products are key to the operation and performance of the company. In general, the complexity of IT in these companies is relatively high and the cost of IT is correspondingly complex. In the theoretical part, this work deals with problems of the complex nature of IT costs. It describes IT elements and classifies them into categories of IT costs, which it defines and describes. Furthermore, this work will show a method of how effectively we can determine the costs of IT and what is the possibility of optimizing these costs.In the practical part of this work, the IT components of the company will be identified. The individual costs of these components will be obtained. These components will be summarized and evaluated. The output will be a summary of these costs and a proposal for optimization for the company.

V moderních firmách jsou IT řešení a produkty klíčové pro fungování a výkonnost firmy. Obecně složitost IT v těchto firmách je poměrně vysoká a náklady na IT jsou odpovídajícím způsobem složité. V teoretické části se tato práce zabývá problémy komplexní povahy nákladů IT. Popisuje IT prvky a třídí je do kategorii IT nákladů, které vymezí a popíše. Dále tato práce ukáže metodu jak efektivně víme zjistit náklady IT a jaká je možnost optimalizace těchto nákladů.V praktické části této práce se zjistí komponenty IT dané firmy. Získají se jednotlivé náklady těchto komponent. Tyto komponenty se shrnou a zhodnotí. Výstupem bude shrnutí těchto nákladů a návrh optimalizace pro danou firmu
