| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím mHealth řešení v dermatologii. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření konceptu využívající principů umělé inteligence, který by integroval mHealth do oboru dermatologie v podmínkách České republiky, konkrétně do oblasti diagnózy a prevence dermatologických onemocnění.Na základě analýzy procesu dermatologického vyšetření je proveden návrh implementace mHealth řešení do dermatologické péče.Úvodní teoretická část definuje a pojednává o mHealth, představuje bariéry a příležitosti pro implementaci. Druhá část je věnována analýze trhu s mobilními aplikacemi, které jsou zaměřeny na mobilní zdraví. Také je v této části představena legislativa upravující použití těchto aplikací a technologické předpoklady pro využití. Nejdůležitější je třetí praktická část, která obsahuje analýzu procesů dermatologa, výběr a analýzu vhodných mHealth řešení. V závěrečné části je vyhodnocena úspěšnost implementace a zhodnocení dopadů této implementace na péči o pacienta a přínosů pro dermatologa. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis focuses on the use of mHealth in dermatology. The main goal of this thesis is to create a concept that uses principles of artificial intelligence, which would integrate mHealth to dermatology in conditions of the Czech Republic, specifically to area of diagnosis and prevention of dermatological illnesses.Based on the analysis of the examination process in dermatology, a proposal of implementation of mHealth solution in dermatological care is made. In the introductory theoretical part, the term mHealth is defined, as well as the barriers and opportunities for implementation are introduced. The second section is focused on the analysis of market with mobile health oriented mobile applications. The legislation and technological requirements for adaptation are introduced in this section as well. The third and the crucial part contains analysis of dermatological processes, selection and analysis of suitable mHealth solutions. In the last section, the success of implementation, the impact and benefits this implementation has on the patient and doctor is evaluated. |
