| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců a zformulovat doporučení pro lepší motivaci a nábor zaměstnanců ve firmě Beru kroužky. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: metodologickou a praktickou. V metodologické části jsou představeny motivační teorie a postupy, společně s druhy odměn a možnostmi náboru nových zaměstnanců. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníků a jejich porovnání s nynější praxí podniku. Na tomto základě jsou představena konkrétní doporučení pro podnik. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to find out the employee satisfaction and formulate recommendation for better employee motivation and enrollment in Beru krouzky business. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: methodological and practical. The methodological part introduces the motivational theories and processes together with reward types and instructions on enrolling of new employees. The practical part deals with questionnaire evaluation and it’s comparison with business practice. Based on this comparison, concrete recommendations for the company are presented. |
