| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem návrhu a implementace mobilní aplikace pro návštěvníky pražské zoo. Práce si klade za cíl vytvořit prototyp aplikace, která návštěvníkovi zkvalitní jeho zážitek z návštěvy zoo a bude dostupná na všech v dnešní době relevantních mobilních platformách. První část práce tvoří analýza prostředků, které zoo svým návštěvníkům nabízí. Ve spolupráci s vedením a zaměstnanci zoo se identifikovaly potřeby návštěvníků, které by měla aplikace uspokojovat. Výsledek následně práce porovnává s existujícími řešeními v jiných evropských zoo. Druhá část čtenáři objasňuje koncepty způsobů vývoje mobilních aplikací a definuje sadu otázek, které je vhodné si položit před výběrem vývojového přístupu. Práce tyto otázky zodpovídá a jako ideální způsob pro vytvoření mobilní aplikace pro návštěvníky zoo volí přístup hybridní. Následuje teoretický rozbor technologií využitých při vývoji aplikace. V poslední části popisuje práce čtenáři jednotlivé kroky procesu vývoje a vysvětluje řešení vybraných problémů. Výsledkem této práce je multiplatformní prototyp aplikace, která řeší potřeby návštěvníka zoo. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with the process of design and implementation of a mobile application for Prague zoo visitors. The thesis aims to create a prototype application enhancing the visitor’s experience at the zoo that would be available at all currently relevant mobile platforms. In the first part of the thesis I analyze the means that the zoo offers to its visitors. The needs of the visitors that the application is supposed to satisfy were determined in cooperation with the zoo management and staff. The result is then compared with already existing solutions used by other European Zoos.The second part of the thesis casts light on the development methods of mobile applications and defines a set of questions that ought to be asked before choosing the most suitable development approach. The thesis answers these questions and identifies the hybrid method as the most suitable one in case of developing a mobile application for zoo visitors. The thesis also includes a theoretical analysis of technologies used in the process of developing the application. The final part of the thesis maps the process of developing the application itself and explains a solution of selected problems. The result of this bachelor’s thesis is a multiplatform prototype of application solving needs of a zoo visitor. |
