Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the market segment of smart mobile devices designed for sports. Its aim is orientation in the field of wearable electronics. At the theoretical level, the reader gets acquainted with the technologies used to measure heart rate, GPS, data formats for data export, research methods and finally we will define the target user for the segment of mobile sport devices. In the practical part, we will compare the outputs from five selected devices during field tests, which we will subject to three real field tests. We compare the measurement results based on a multi-criteria comparison with an emphasis on a price compared to the quality of the output. Another of the evaluation tools will be the DCR Analyzer program, which compares the exported data based on graphical measurement outputs. The work aims to acquaint the reader with the market of smart mobile electronics, interested in modern technologies and their connection to the possibility of use in measuring sports activity. |
