| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je pomocí strategické analýzy odhalit klíčové faktory společnosti LE & CO – Ing. Jiří Lenc, s.r.o., které společnost ovlivňují a díky kterým je špičkou na trhu. Cílem je také vyhodnocení plánované investice podniku. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou specifikované konkrétní metody a postupy, které jsou v praktické části aplikovány. Na závěr bude analýza shrnuta a bude rozhodnuto o přijatelnosti investice. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to reveal the key factors affecting the company LE & CO - Ing. Jiří Lenc, s.r.o., by using the strategic analysis. Thanks to those factors the company is one of the market leaders. Another aim is to evaluate the planned investment of the company. This Bachelor's thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part defines specific methods and procedures that are consequently applied in the practical part. Finally, the analysis will be summarized and the acceptability of the investment will be evaluated. |
