| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza současného systému péče o zaměstnance ve společnosti B. Braun Medical s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnocení stávajícího systému ve firmě a na základě získaných poznatků navrhnout případná opatření pro zkvalitnění současného stavu systému péče o zaměstnance. V teoretické části jsou formulovány a definovány základní pojmy týkající se tématu, získané především z odborných knih, článků a volně dostupných ověřených zdrojů uvedených v seznamu literatury. Praktická část se hlavně zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu péče o zaměstnance. Data jsou získána z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a z interních dokumentů firmy. Na základě popsaného systému je vytvořena SWOT analýza, která identifikuje silné stránky, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby systému péče o zaměstnance. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení, která by společnost mohla zavést do svého dosavadního systému, a tak jej zkvalitnit. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current system of employee care in the company B. Braun Medical s.r.o. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the company and based on the findings to suggest possible measures to improve the existing system of employee care. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the topic obtained primarily from books, articles and available verified sources referred in the bibliography. The greater part is devoted to the practical part, where I focus mainly on the analysis of the current system of employee care in the company. The data are obtained from a semi-structured interview with the head of human resources department and internal company documents. Based on the described system, the SWOT analysis is created. It identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the system of employee care. Recommendations are suggested at the end the thesis. This could improve the existing system of employee care. |
