| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáváním Self Service Business Intelligence nástrojů, konkrétně Power BI, Tableau a Qlik Sense.První část práce se kromě rešerše zdrojů využitých pro napsání této práce zabývá oblastí Business Intelligence a jejích jednotlivých komponent. Dále tato část práce popisuje tzv. Self Service Business Intelligence přístup, důvody vedoucí k přechodu od klasického Business Intelligence na Self Service, výhody tohoto přístupu a typy informačních pracovníků.Druhá část práce se poté věnuje výběru a charakteristice Self Service Business Intelligence nástrojů k porovnání. Na základě analýzy společnosti Gartner jsou porovnávány nástroje Power BI, Tableau a Qlik Sense. Dále jsou pomocí dotazníkového šetření stanovena a vybrána kritéria, podle kterých jsou jednotlivé Self Service BI nástroje porovnány. Metodika výpočtu výsledného skóre je vytvořena pomocí bodovací metody, která je součástí vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Následně dochází k porovnávání reportingových nástrojů na základě těchto zvolených kritérií.Přínosem této bakalářské práce je komparace Self Service BI nástrojů Power BI, Tableau a Qlik Sense a analýza toho, jak jsou tyto nástroje schopné vypořádat se s kritérii, která byla vybrána pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Čtenář by tak měl získat přehled o silných a slabých stránkách těchto nástrojů a rozhodnout, který z nich je pro jeho využití nejvhodnější. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyzes and compares Self Service Business Intelligence tools – Power BI, Tableau and Qlik Sense.The first part of this bachelor thesis includes an overview of publications describing this topic. This part also describes the term Business Intelligence and its components. The next chapter describes Self Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) environment, the reasons why this technology is used, its pros and the related roles.The second part of the thesis consists of the selection of Self Service Business Intelligence tools – MS Power BI, Tableau and Qlik Sense. The methodology of calculating the final score is created using the scoring method which is part of multi-criteria decision-making. Next, there is a description of metrics that are set to compare these SSBI tools. Subsequently, the SSBI tools are compared based on the selected metrics.The outcome of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of Self Service BI tools and an analysis of how these tools are able to deal with the metrics that were determined. This should give the reader the necessary insight into how each tool can handle each metric. |
