| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá faktoringem, jakožto jednou z možností forem financování podniku. V rámci teoreticky zaměřené části práce bylo využito rešerše odborné české i zahraniční literatury, na jejímž základě byly vymezeny základní pojmy, princip fungování faktoringu, analýza trhu a prostředí společně se zahraničním srovnáním. Prakticky zaměřená část práce je věnována dvěma tematickým oblastem. První je zaměřena na účetní zachycení faktoringových operací v souladu s platnou českou legislativou. Druhá popisuje konkrétní dopady při použití regresního faktoringu na ukazatele finanční analýzy, jež jsou demonstrovány na modelovém příkladu podniku. Pomocí výsledných hodnot jsou vytvořena finanční doporučení a celkové zhodnocení přínosů pro podnik s ohledem na použití faktoringu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is concerned with a factoring as one of the possibilities of business financing. Theoretical part of the thesis is based on the research of Czech and foreign academic literature which enables to demarcate basic concepts of factoring, key principles upon which factoring is formed, analysis of factoring market and its condition along with the comparison of foreign countries' examples. Subsequent practical part of the thesis monitors two thematic areas. The first area focuses on the accounting of factoring operations in accordance with the Czech legislation. Else part describes the specific impacts of the use of recourse factoring on financial indicators, which are demonstrated on the model example of the financial analysis of a business. The resulting values are used to create financial recommendations and an overall assessment of the benefits for the company with regard of the use of factoring. |
