| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat vývoj zaměstnanosti ve státech Evropské Unie za období let 2005 až 2019, posoudit míru zaměstnanosti pomocí grafů a popisných statistik, srovnat míru zaměstnanosti Evropské Unie jako celek, České republiky a Německa za rok 2019. U státu vymezených geograficky je zjišťována variabilita výsledků, průměrná míra zaměstnanosti a testován rozdíl středních hodnot skupin. Pomocí regresní analýzy je měřena závislost specifických měr zaměstnanosti na faktorech, které zaměstnanosti ovlivňují – HDP a nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání. Data použita v této bakalářské práci byla všechna získána z databáze Eurostatu a zpracována v programu MS Excel, Eviews a R. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the development of employment in the European Union for the period 2005 to 2019, assess the employment rate using graphs and descriptive statistics, compare the employment rate of the European Union as a whole, the Czech Republic and Germany for 2019. variability of results, average employment rate and tested difference in mean values of groups. Using regression analysis, the dependence of specific employment rates on the factors that affect employment - GDP and the highest educational attainment - is measured. The data used in this bachelor thesis were all obtained from the Eurostat database and processed in MS Excel, Eviews and R. |
