| Abstract: | Tato práce zkoumá změny provozních výnosů deseti vybraných leteckých dopravců v návaznosti na čtyři vybrané novodobé vlivy působící na leteckou dopravu. Mezi tyto čtyři vlivy patří erupce sopky Eyjafjallajökull v roce 2010, uzemnění Boeingu 737 MAX v roce 2019, zvolení odchodu Velké Británie z Evropské unie v roce 2016 a vypuknutí pandemie onemocnění COVID-19 v roce 2020. Analýza provozních výnosů byla provedena metodou lineární regrese, došlo ke zjištění, že suverénně největší vliv na všechny zkoumané letecké dopravce měla pandemie onemocnění COVID-19 a celkově nejlépe se se všemi těmito vlivy vypořádal severoamerický letecký dopravce Southwest Airlines. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis examines changes in operating revenues of ten selected air carriers in relation to four selected modern events affecting air transport. These four events include the eruption of Eyjafjallajökull in 2010, the grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX in 2019, the election of the UK's exit from the European Union in 2016 and the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Linear regression analysis was performed, it was found that the COVID-19 pandemic had the greatest impact on all air carriers examined, and overall, the North American airline Southwest Airlines best dealt with all these effects. |
