| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zjistit překážky při zakládání spin-off na straně výzkumných organizací i samotných firem, které mohou zapříčiňovat pomalý rozvoj spin-off firem v České republice. Podniky, které vznikají za účelem komercializace poznatků z výzkumu odštěpením z výzkumné organizace nebo univerzity nazýváme „spin-off“. Pokud má výzkumná organizace v nově vzniklém podniku majetkový podíl, jedná se o pravý spin-off. První část práce je věnována definování pojmu spin-off a je zde uvedení do problematiky vzniku spin-off firem pro její lepší pochopení. V druhé části jsou provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory s třemi náhodně vybranými technickými univerzitami, rozšířené o pohled odborníka z domovské Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze bez technického zaměření a rozhovory s třemi náhodně vybranými spin-off podniky. Rozhovory se zabývají především problémy, s kterými se setkávaly a setkávají univerzity i firmy. Následně jsou sepsány nejčastější překážky a navrhnuto vlastní řešení pro zlepšení situace rozvoje spin-off firem v ČR eliminováním těchto překážek. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to use semi-structured interviews to identify obstacles to the establishment of spin-offs on the part of research organizations and companies themselves, which may cause the slow development of spin-off companies in the Czech Republic. Businesses that are created to commercialize research knowledge by spin-off from a research organization or university are called "spin-offs." If the research organization has an ownership interest in the newly created company, it is a real spin-off. The first part of the work is devoted to defining the term spin-off and there is an introduction to the issue of the emergence of spin-off companies for a better understanding. In the second part, semi-structured interviews are conducted with three randomly selected technical universities, extended by the view of an expert from the home the University of Economics in Prague without a technical focus, and interviews with three randomly selected spin-off companies. The interviews deal mainly with the problems that universities and companies have encountered and are facing. Subsequently, the most common obstacles are written and our own solution is proposed to improve the situation of development of spin-off companies in the Czech Republic by eliminating these obstacles. |
