| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provedení strategické analýzy společnosti pohybující se na mladém trhu průmyslových krmiv pro domácí zvířata Partner in Pet Food CZ s.r.o. Hlavním účelem strategické analýzy je zhodnocení podnikové pozice na zmíněném trhu a identifikace příležitostí a ohrožení ve vnějším prostředí. Práce obsahuje dvě částí. První část se věnuje teoretickému vymezení klíčových pojmů a metod nezbytných pro provedení samotné analýzy v praktické části. Pro analýzu makrookolí je využita PESTEL analýza, zatímco k analýze mikrookolí přispěl Porterův model 5 sil. Po externí analýze následuje analýza vnitřních zdrojů podniků. Výstupy těchto metod jsou poté vyhodnoceny pomoci SWOT analýzy. Závěrem práce jsou doporučení pro získání konkurenční výhody společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Partner in Pet Food CZ which is operating in the young market of pet food. The main purpose of the strategic analysis is to assess the company's position in the market and identify opportunities and threats in the external environment. The bachelor thesis contains two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of key concepts and methods necessary to perform the analysis itself in the practical part. PESTEL analysis is used for the analysis of macroenvironment, while Porter's model of 5 forces contributed to the analysis of microenvironment. The external analysis is followed by an analysis of the internal resources of the companies. The outputs of these methods are then evaluated using SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis are recommendations for gaining a competitive advantage of the company. |
