| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá nemovitými kulturními památkami. Popisuje způsoby určování jejich hodnoty, a to jak z pohledu kulturního, tak ekonomického. Zabývá se také historickým vývojem a současnou legislativní normou v oblastech památkové péče a katastrální politiky, a to především ve vztahu k drobným nemovitým památkám. Dále se však věnuje i využívání těchto objektů. Vybranou kulturní památkou je kiosek ve Vrchlického sadech v Praze. Na příkladu této konkrétní kulturní památky práce detailně popisuje a rozebírá aspekty výše zmíněných tematických okruhů ve vztahu k ní. Toho práce dosahuje metodou kvalitativních rozhovorů s odborníky z těchto oblastí. Zároveň práce porovnává využívání podobných objektů na našem území a navrhuje možné využívání kiosku v budoucnu ve vztahu k prostředí kde se nachází. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with immovable cultural monuments. It describes ways of determining their value, both from a cultural and economic point of view. It also deals with the historical development and the current legislative norm in the areas of monument care and cadastral policy, especially in relation to small immovable monuments. However, it also deals with the use of these objects. The selected cultural monument is a kiosk in Vrchlického sady in Prague. Using this particular cultural monument as an example, the works describes in detail and analyzes aspects of the above-mentioned thematic areas in relation to it. This work is achieved by the method of qualitative interviews with experts in these areas. At the same time, the work compares the use of similar objects in our territory and suggests the possible use of the kiosk in the future in relation to the environment where it is located. |
