| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the automotive industry in the Czech Republic in the segment of passenger cars, taking into account electromobility. The theoretical part deals with issues of the environment, industry, PEST analysis, Porter model of 5 forces, SWOT analysis and corporate strategy. The practical part is an analysis of the industry and the issue of electromobility in terms of strategy. |
