| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku stresu a jeho vlivu na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců převážně. Cílem této práce je identifikovat stresové faktory v pracovním prostředí a zjistit, zda mají vliv na výkon pracovníka. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních charakteristiku týkající se stresu, dále definuje pojmy související s pracovním stresem, a nakonec se zabývá souvislostí mezi stresem a výkonem. V praktické části je popsána metodologie provedeného výzkumu a jsou představeny zjištěné výsledky. Analýza je provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření a na základě získaných výsledků jsou následně navržena opatření pro eliminaci nejčastějších stresorů na pracovišti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with stress and its effects on the employees work performance. The aim of this thesis is to identify stress factors in the work environment and to determine whether they affect the performance of the worker or not. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic characteristics related to stress, then it defines the terms concerning stress in a workplace, and finally it deals with the correlation between stress and performance. The practical part describes the methodology of the research and presents the results. The analysis is conducted through a questionnaire survey and based on the obtained results, some measures for elimination of the most common stressors in the workplace are proposed. |
