Diplomová práce zkoumá přístupy zakladatelů rychle rostoucích firem k delegování. Důraz je kladen především na změnu rolí a struktury společnosti, procesu získávání nových zaměstnanců, přístupu a vztahu k delegování nebo kontrolních mechanismů nutných k efektivnímu řízení firmy. Zároveň je pozornost zaměřena na opatření firem reagující na plošná omezení zapříčiněná výskytem COVID19. Kvalitativního výzkumu se zúčastnilo 11 českých podnikatelů. Dle získaných výsledků lze za typický rys v přístupu k delegování mezi zakladateli startupů označit absenci vědomého využívání delegování jako nástroji k rozvoji zaměstnanců. Delegováním často reagují na nedostatek času spojený s problémem prioritizace úkolů. Velice flexibilně přistupují k získávání pracovníků a úspěšně zvládají překážky spojené s omezeními v souvislosti s onemocněním COVID19. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis examines the different approaches of startup founders regarding the process of delegation. The main focus is on the growth phase, which each of the addressed startup founders dealt with differently. Emphasis is placed primarily on the changing roles in and structure of the company, the process of recruiting new employees, the attitude to the delegation, and the necessary control mechanisms for effective management. Additionally, in light of the recent developments, company responses to the restrictions caused by COVID19 are addressed. 11 Czech entrepreneurs took part in the qualitative research. According to their answers, a typical feature in the approach to delegation among startup founders is the unawareness of delegation as an employee development tool. Delegation is used by them as a response to the lack of time resulting from the problem of prioritizing tasks. The startup founders have a very flexible approach to recruitment and they successfully overcame the barriers associated with COVID19 restrictions, in the light of delegation. |
