| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je identifikace základních motivačních faktorů, které se podílí na pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců, a jejich rozdělení podle síly působení na základě hodnocení zaměstnanců konkrétní nejmenované firmy. Dále pak alokování současných problémů, které souvisí s pracovní motivací, vyskytující se v konkrétní nejmenované firmě a v neposlední řadě také navržení možných řešení těchto problémů. První část této práce je teoretickým základem k problematice motivace a základních motivačních teorií, druhá část se pak věnuje dotazníkovému šetření mezi zaměstnanci konkrétní nejmenované zemědělské firmy. Dotazníkové šetření je doplněno o informace získané z nestrukturovaného rozhovoru s jedním z vedoucích pracovníků společnosti a v malé míře také o osobní zkušenosti autora s touto společností. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to identify the basic motivational factors that contribute to the work motivation of employees, and their distribution according to their strength based on the evaluation of employees of a particular unnamed company. Furthermore, the allocation of current problems related to work motivation, occurring in a particular unnamed company and, last but not least, to design of possible solutions to these problems. The first part of this work is a theoretical basis for the issue of motivation and basic motivational theories, the second part is devoted to a questionnaire survey among employees of a specific unnamed agricultural company. The questionnaire survey is supplemented by information obtained from an unstructured interview with one of the company's executives and, to a lesser extent, also by the author's personal experience with this company. |
