| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout s pomocí nástrojů strategické analýzy taková opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení konkurenční pozice společnosti Pivovar Svijany, a.s. Práce je dělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část plně vychází z odborné literatury. Praktická část se dále dělí na analýzu okolí firmy a analýzu vnitřních zdrojů. V rámci okolí firmy je vypracována PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, mapa konkurenčních skupin a analýzy odvětví a konkurence. Analýza vnitřních zdrojů podniku obsahuje VRIO analýzu, finanční analýzu a benchmarking vybraných ukazatelů, hodnototvorný řetězec a portfolio analýzu. Následně je zpracována SWOT analýza, na základě čehož jsou formulována strategická doporučení pro zlepšení celkové prosperity podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose, with the help of strategic analysis tools, such measures, that will improve the competitiveness of the company Pivovar Svijany, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is fully based on literature. The practical part is further divided into analysis of the company surroundings and internal sources analysis. A PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, a map of competing groups and an analysis of industry and competition is developed within the company surroundings. Analysis of internal resources of the company includes VRIO analysis, financial analysis and benchmarking of selected indicators, value chain and portfolio analysis. Subsequently, SWOT analysis is developed, on the basis of which are formulated strategic recommendations to improve the overall prosperity of the company. |
