| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce s názvem „Aplikace Balanced Scorecard ve vybrané společnosti“ je využití metody Balanced Scorecard při vytváření systému strategického řízení, včetně implementace Balanced Scorecard ve vybrané společnosti z Královéhradeckého kraje.Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První teoreticko-metodologická část je určena k pochopení problematiky strategického řízení podniku, strategické analýzy a samotné teorie zaměřené na metodu Balanced Scorecard. Dále jsou uvedeny důvody implementace Balanced Scorecard a omezení a bariery.Druhá část se zabývá praktickým využitím metody Balanced Scorecard, jenž vychází z poznatků teoreticko-metodologické části. Nejprve je představena společnost. Následně je vypracována strategická analýza, která se skládá z analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, z nichž se dále vychází při samotné tvorbě Balanced Scorecard. Závěrem diplomové práce je návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis entitled "Application of the Balanced Scorecard in a selected company" is to use the Balanced Scorecard method in creating a strategic management system, including the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in a selected company which acts in the Hradec Králové region. The thesis consists of two parts. The first theoretical-methodological part is intended to understanding the issues of strategic business management, strategic analysis and the theory focused on Balanced Scorecard method. Furthermore, they are given reasons for the Balanced Scorecard implement and limitations and barriers connected with this implementation.The second part deals with the practical use of the Balanced Scorecard method, which is based on the findings of the theoretical-methodological part. The company is introduced first. Subsequently, a strategic analysis is developed, which consists of an analysis of the internal and external environment, which are further used in the creation of the Balanced Scorecard. The final part of the thesis contains a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method in a selected company. |
