| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma „Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti“ má za cíl zanalyzovat nynější stav motivace a celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců firmy Nippon Express. V teoretické části definuje motivaci, vysvětluje její proces a rozděluje na dva základní typy, a to na vnitřní a vnější motivaci. Dále popisuje pracovní teorie motivace, jejichž stavebním kamenem jsou tzv. obecné teorie motivace. V neposlední řadě tato práce vysvětluje význam vztahu motivace s výkonem, psychologické smlouvy a motivačního programu organizace. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika firmy, včetně jí nabízených benefitů. V další kapitole se tato práce zaměřuje na analýzu a samotné vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Poslední kapitola je pak zaměřena především na návrhy opatření. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is „Employee motivation in a selected company“ which aims to analyze the current state of motivation and overal satisfaction of Nippon Express employees. The theoretical part defines motivation, explains its process and divides it into two basic types, namely internal and external motivation. It also describes the working theories of motivation, the building blocks of which are the so-called general theories of motivation. Last but not least, this work explains the importance of the relationship between motivation and performance, psychological contracts and the motivational program of the organization. The practical part presents the characteristics of the company, including the benefits offered by it. In the next chapter, this work focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the questionnaire survey. The last chapter is the focues mainly on proposals for measures. |
