| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivačním systémem zaměstnanců a spokojeností zaměstnanců ve společnosti XYZ. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza stávajícího systému pracovní motivace, jakým způsobem jsou zaměstnanci motivováni a odměňováni. Přínosem této práce je návrh opatření pro zlepšení fungování stávajícího systému. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou srozumitelně vysvětleny klíčové pojmy související s oblastí motivace a pracovní spokojenosti. V druhé části je provedena analýza motivace a spokojenosti ve vybraném podniku, jejímž cílem je zjistit úroveň motivace pracovníků, identifikovat faktory spokojenosti a nespokojenosti a na základě získaných dat navrhnout možná řešení problematických oblastí. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation system of employees and employee satisfaction in the company XYZ. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the current system of work motivation, how employees are motivated and rewarded. The contribution of this work is a proposal of measures to improve the functioning of the existing system. The thesis is divided into two basic parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines clearly the key concepts related to the area of motivation and job satisfaction. In the second part there is an analysis of motivation and satisfaction in the selected company. |
