| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat strategickou analýzu společnosti Českomoravský štěrk, a.s., která je významným producentem stavebního kameniva na území ČR, a na jejím základě sepsat strategická doporučení pro firmu do následujícího období. Samotná práce se v zásadě dělí na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. V rámci teoretické části jsou vysvětleny postupy, metody a analýzy dle vybrané literatury, které jsou následně aplikovány v části praktické. Provedeny byly analýza makrookolí pomocí PESTLE, analýzy mikrookolí pomocí analýzy odvětví a Porterova modelu 5 sil, analýza vnitřních zdrojů za pomocí VRIO analýzy, hodnototvorného řetězce, portfolio analýzy a finanční analýzy. Následná syntéza byla provedena za využití SWOT analýzy a analýzy rizik. V závěru práce jsou pak uvedena doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the Českomoravský Štěrk, a.s. company that is a significant producer of aggregates in the Czech Republic, and to put together strategic future recommendations for the company. The thesis itself is split into two parts – theoretical and practical. As far as the theoretical part is concerned, it discusses the methods and analysis according to chosen literature. These are later applied in the practical part. PESTLE was used in order to do macroenvironmental analysis, microenvironmental analysis was done with the help of industry analysis and Porter’s five forces, analysis of internal resources and financial analysis. The following synthesis was carried out using SWOT analysis and risk analysis. The conclusion of the bachelor’s thesis then contains recommendations. |
