| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pracovní stáže v nejmenované společnosti. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje základní pojmy z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a definuje možnosti získávání zaměstnanců prostřednictvím spolupráce zaměstnavatelů a škol, a to zejména formou pracovních stáží, která je zde konkrétněji rozebrána. V praktické části je vystižena celková spolupráce společnosti XYZ se školami, která se týká hlavně nabídky pracovních stáží studentům vysokých škol. Dále jsou v této práci představeny výsledky dotazníkového šetření, jehož účelem bylo zjištění významu organizování pracovních stáží ve společnosti a celkového přínosu získaných zkušeností pro studenty z pohledu budoucího uplatnění na trhu práce. Hlavním cílem této práce je celkové shrnutí pracovní stáže ve vybrané firmě a formulace doporučení pro účastníky stáží, stejně tak jako doporučení pro efektivnější práci s nimi pro vybranou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The present dissertation concerns an analysis of an internship within a chosen company. Its theoretical component characterises the key terms related to Human Resource Management and considers how companies may gain new employees by collaborating with universities, specifically in the case of the specific relationship explored within this work. The practical section captures the collaboration of XYZ company with universities, and hence, pre- dominantly regards internship offers for university students. Further, this dissertation presents results from a questionnaire survey, which aimed to reveal the importance of organizing internships for students and consider how they acquire skills for future use within the industry. The key aim of this dissertation is to wholly capture an internship experience and to provide guidance of future interns, while also provide guidance to employers, to more effectively work with their interns. |
