| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zanalyzování druhů a možností organizace a financování zdravotnických systémů, jejich dopad na zdraví populace a vyvození doporučení pro Českou republiku. V teoretické části práce je rozebráno fungování a funkce systémů z hlediska organizace a financování. V analytické části jsou vybrané země porovnány a rozebrány pomocí doporučených ekonomických a zdravotnických ukazatelů. Tyto poznatky a výsledky analýzy a syntézy dat jsou využity v praktické části pro výběr doporučení pro Český zdravotnický systém. |

| Abstract: | The main question of this thesis is to analyze models and possibilites of organization and financing of healthcare systems with their impact on the health of population and set recommendations for Czech Republic. In theoretical part is discussion about the funcioning of systems in terms of organization and financing. In analytical part are selected countries analyzed and compared by using selected economic and health indicators. Resluts of analytical and theoretical parts are used in practical part, where I set recommendations for Czech healthcare system. |
