| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikačními a sociálními bariéry nezaměstnaných lidí v Kazachstánu. Teoretická část je zaměřená na vysvětlení problematiky nezaměstnanosti a zvláštnostech trhu práce v Kazachstánu, a také vymezuje základní faktory, ovlivňující ztrátu zaměstnání a identifikuje rizikové skupiny lidí. Praktická část je věnována analýze dotazníkového šetření nezaměstnaných lidí hlavního města Nur-Sultan. Hlavním cílem dané práce bylo zjistit s jakými komunikačními a sociálními bariéry se potkávají nezaměstnané osoby Republiky Kazachstán, v jaké míře se projevuji tyto bariery a čím jsou způsobené. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's thesis deals with the communication and social barriers of unemployed people in Kazakhstan. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the issue of unemployment and the peculiarities of the labor market in Kazakhstan, defining the basic factors that influence the loss of employment, as well as the groups of people who are most at risk of it. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the questionnaire survey of unemployed people of the capital Nur-Sultan. The main aim of the thesis was to find out what communication and social barriers are the unemployed people of the Republic of Kazakhstan faced with; to what extent and what influenced the fact that these barriers exist. |
