| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti TROMA, spol. s r.o. pro účely případného odkupu 100% podílu. Hlavní činností společnosti jsou dodávky valivých ložisek, náhradních dílů a strojírenských komponentů. Teoretická část popisuje obecný postup a metody stanovení hodnoty podniku. V rámci praktické části je provedena finanční a strategická analýza. Na základě analýzy předchozího vývoje a vnějšího a vnitřního potenciálu společnosti je stanovena prognóza tržeb a vytvořen finanční plán. Po stanovení diskontní míry je podnik oceněn metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků. Jako doplňková metoda je použita metoda odvětvových násobitelů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Master's thesis is the valuation of the company TROMA, spol. s r.o. for the purpose of potential acquisition of a 100% stake. The company supplies its customers with rolling bearings, spare parts and components. At first, the process and valuation methods are described in the theoretical part. The theory is applied in the second part, which begins with the financial and strategic analysis. Based on the analysis of the previous performance and external and internal potential of the company, a prognosis of sales and a financial plan is drawn up. After the discount rate is set, the valuation of the company is executed using discounted cash flow method. Multiples approach is used as a supporting method. |
