| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti STAPRO s. r. o. Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí nástrojů strategické analýzy nalézt faktory, které pozici podniku na trhu ovlivňují. Na jejich poté určit, jak by mohly sloužit k naplnění cílů klíčových stakeholderů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé metody, ze kterých se strategická analýza skládá. Analyzováno je makro a mikrookolí a vnitřní zdroje podniku. Kposouzení faktorů zmakrookolí je využita PESTLE analýza, ke zhodnocení mikrookolí pak Porterův model pěti sil. Analýza vnitřních zdrojů využívá VRIO, portfolio a finanční analýzu. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé metody na podnik STAPRO s. r. o. aplikovány. Hlavním přínosem práce jsou strategická doporučení, která vychází ze zjištěných faktorů, které na podnik působí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the company STAPRO s. r. o. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to use the tools of strategic analysis to find the factors that affect the company's position on the market and to determine, based on those factors, how they could serve to meet the goals of key stakeholders. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the various methods that make up strategic analysis. The macro and micro environment and internal resources of the company are analyzed. PESTLE analysis is used to assess factors from macro environment, and Porter's model of five forces is used to evaluate micro environment. Analysis of internal resources uses VRIO, portfolio and financial analysis. In the practical part, the individual methods are applied to the company STAPRO s. r. o. The main benefits of the work are strategic recommendations, which are based on the identified factors that affect the company. |
