| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit stávající situaci na trhu služeb fulfillmentu na Ukrajině a srovnat ji s celosvětovou. V práci budou definovány trendy, stimulační a zdržující faktory, výhody a nevýhody fulfillmentu, ukázána fáze současného rozvoje této služby na Ukrajině a popsány způsoby, jak by se společnosti prosazující se jako fulfillment-operátoři mohly zlepšit a zvýšit kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. První část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku a definici fulfillmentu. Druhá část ukáže, jak se rozvíjel fulfillment na Ukrajině hlavně na příkladu jedné z nejznámějších společností v tomto oboru – Zammler. A třetí praktická části je věnovaná možným způsobům, jak by se fulfillment-operátoři mohli zlepšit v orientaci na potřeby jejich zákazníků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation of the market of fulfillment services in Ukraine and compare it with the global one. The bachelor thesis will define trends, stimulating and delaying factors, advantages and disadvantages of fulfillment, show the phase of current development of this service in Ukraine and describe ways in which companies that assert themselves as fulfillment operators could improve and increase the quality of services provided. The first part focuses on the characteristics and definition of fulfillment. The second part will show how fulfillment has developed in Ukraine, mainly on the example of one of the most well-known companies in this field - Zammler. And the third practical part is devoted to possible ways in which fulfillment operators could improve to better focus on the needs of their customers. |
