| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá podmínkami, které by přispěly ke zlepšení situace buskingu v Praze. Cílem je především nastínit aktuální situaci v hlavním městě a tuto situaci vyhodnotit, stejně jako analyzovat postoje a názory nejvíce dotčených úřadů k tomuto druhu umění. Teoretická část je věnována definici jevu busking, historickému vývoji a provázanosti s veřejným prostorem, jakož i popisu současného stavu pražské scény a právních omezení této aktivity. Praktická část pak díky polostrukturovaným rozhovorům se všemi zainteresovanými stranami (stakeholders) poskytne náhled na problematiku a vyhodnotí hlavní problémy. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení a možná řešení, která by zlepšení stavu mohly pomoci. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis examines the conditions that would contribute to improving the situation of busking in Prague. The aim is primarily to outline the current situation in Prague and evaluate this situation, as well as to analyze the attitudes and opinions of the most affected authorities on this type of art. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of the phenomenon of busking, historical development and connection with public space, as well as a description of the current condition of the Prague scene and the legal limitations of this activity. The practical part will provide an insight into the issue and evaluate the main problems thanks to semi-structured interviews with all stakeholders. Recommendations and possible solutions that could help improve the situation are proposed in the end. |
