| Abstract: | Téma práce je vliv alkoholové závislosti na pracovní život. Cílem této práce je přiblížit problematiku závislosti na alkoholu a ilustrovat souvislosti alkoholové závislosti a pracovního života. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici závislosti a na vymezení rizikových faktorů jejího vzniku a rozvoje. Dále popisuje důsledky způsobené zvýšenou konzumací alkoholu, včetně jeho vlivu na zaměstnání. Také jsou zmíněny postupy, jak alkoholismu předcházet a závěr kapitoly se věnuje jeho léčbě. Pro praktickou část bakalářské práce byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum. Praktická část je sestavena ze tří případových studií, do kterých byla data získána z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se třemi muži, kteří se se závislostí potýkali nebo stále potýkají. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is a study on the impact of alcohol addiction on work life. The aim is to address the issue of alcohol addiction and to illustrate the links between the alcohol addiction and working life. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of addiction and the specification of risk factors of origin and development of said addiction. The theoretical part continues with the description of the effects caused by increased consumption of alcohol, including the impact on employment. The approaches of predicting alcoholism are mentioned and the final part of this chapter deals with methods of treatment. Qualitative research was chosen as the form for the practical part of this thesis. It consists of three case studies, for which the data gained was through semi-structured interviews with three men. These men either dealt with addiction in the past or are still show symptoms of addiction. |
