| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu motivace zaměstnanců a systému odměňování, ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současného systému motivace a odměňování ve společnosti Fliegenflag. Přínosem této práce je návrh případného vylepšení a zahrnutí nejnovějších trendů do současného systému. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy související s motivací, odměňováním a konceptem celkové odměny. Praktická část vychází z dotazníkového šetření, které bylo rozdáno zaměstnancům společnosti Fliegenflag a polostrukturovaného hloubkového rozhovoru s jednatelkou organizace. Na závěr bylo provedeno doporučení pro firmu na základě teoretických poznatků a výsledků z dotazníkového šetření a hloubkového rozhovoru. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor Thesis deals with the analyses of employee motivation and remuneration system in a specific company. The main objective is the analysis of the current motivation and remuneration system in the Fliegenflag company. The benefit of this thesis are a proposal for possible improvements and the inclusion of the newest trends into current system. The theoretical part is explaining the key concepts related to the motivation, remuneration and a total reward system as a whole. Practical part is based on a questionnaire handed to employees of the Fliegenflag company and a semi-structured in-depth interview with executive of the organization. In conclusion, a recommendation for the company was provided based on a theoretical knowledge and results from a questionnaire survey and an in-depth interview. |
