| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců mezinárodní automobilové firmy. V teoretické části budou vymezeny nejdůležitější pojmy, teorie pracovní spokojenosti a metody zjišťování pracovní spokojenosti. Dále bude popsána charakteristika automobilového průmyslu. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků provedeného dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bude určení slabých míst společnosti s následnými návrhy řešení pro společnost. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee satisfaction in international automotive company. The theoretical part is devoted to definitions, theories of job satisfaction and methods of determining job satisfaction. Next, the characteristics of the automotive industry will be described. The practical part is focused on results of questionnaire survey. The main benefit of this bachelor's thesis will be to determine problem areas of employee satisfaction. Based on these problem areas I will propose solutions and recommendations for the company. |
