| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat využití služeb Fourth-party logistics poskytovatele, zkratka 4PL. Dalším cílem je detailněji charakterizovat služby poskytované 4PL a také ukázat praktickou stránku využití služeb 4PL na příkladu realizace objednávky v rámci konkrétní společnosti, v níž zároveň pracuji na pozici Material logistics specialist, zkratka MLS.Teoretická část bude věnována obecné charakteristice 4PL, postavení na trhu logistických služeb, vysvětlení souvisejících pojmů, popisu dokumentace, která je potřebná pro dopravu. Bude také vysvětlena problematika použití dodacích podmínek Incoterms. Poslední část se zaměří na popis online systému, přes který se realizují činnosti ve vybrané společnosti pro lepší pochopení obrázku v praktické části práce.Praktická část se nejprve zaměří na využití služeb 4PL v praxi cestou zpracování objednávky oddělením MLS a logistickým oddělením. Nejdůležitější aspekty pro plánování a přepravu materiálů budou znázorněny a popsány na konkrétních krocích. Na závěr se pokusím analyzovat problematické kroky v realizaci, pro které bude navrženo řešení na základě reálných dat. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the use of Fourth-party logistics provider services, abbreviation 4PL. I will try to characterize in more details the services provided by 4PL and also show the practical side of using 4PL services using an example of delivery order within a specific company, where I also work as a Material logistics specialist, abbreviation MLS.The theoretical part will be devoted to the general characteristics of 4PL, the position in the market of logistics services, an explanation of related definitions, a description of the documentation required for transport. The issue of using Incoterms delivery terms will be also explained. The last part will focus on the description of the online system, through which the activities in the selected company are implemented. It is good to know for a better understanding of pictures used in the practical part.The practical part will first focus on the use of 4PL services in practice through the delivery order processing by the MLS department and the logistics department. The most important aspects for planning and transporting materials will be illustrated and described in specific steps. Finally, I will try to analyze the problematic steps in the realization of delivery order, for which a solution will be proposed based on real data. |
