| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje systému státních záruk při výpůjčkách uměleckých děl ze zahraničí. Práce se zabývá mobilitou kulturních statků v mezinárodním měřítku a přináší shrnutí hlavních nástrojů, které jsou pro pohyb děl přes hranice důležité. Jsou zde popsány možnosti snížení nákladů na pojištění předmětů, způsob určování pojistné ceny děl a legislativní náležitosti, které Česká republika u zápůjček vyžaduje. Cílem práce je zmapování státních záruk v České republice a jejich praktické využívání při organizování výstav. Využívání státní záruky v praxi je popsáno v případové studii na Národní knihovně České republiky. Národní knihovna byla první organizací, která v České republice o státní záruku na svou výstavu žádala. Zároveň je i první, komu byla udělena. Práce mapuje celý proces žádání o záruku a jeho vliv na organizaci samotné výstavy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the system of state indemnity for borrowing artworks from abroad. The thesis deals with the mobility of cultural goods on an international scale and provides a summary of the main tools that are important for the movement of works across borders. It describes the possibilities of reducing the cost of insuring objects, the method of determining the insurance price of works, and the legislative requirements that the Czech Republic requires for loans. The aim of the thesis is to map the state indemnity in the Czech Republic and their practical use in organizing exhibitions. The use of the state guarantee in practice is described in a case study at the National Library of the Czech Republic. The National Library was the first organization in the Czech Republic to apply for a state guarantee for its exhibition. It is also the first to be granted. The thesis maps the whole process of applying for an indemnity and its influence on the organization of the exhibition itself. |
