| Abstract: | Odborná literatura na téma nástrojů strategického plánování se typicky zaměřuje na velké podniky, zatímco malé a střední podniky jsou spíše opomíjeny. Cílem této práce je zmapovat současný stav literatury na téma nástrojů strategického plánování malých a středních podniků, zhodnotit tyto nástroje z hlediska jejich efektivity a určit, jaké nástroje jsou optimální pro malé a střední podniky. Metodou, která byla k tomuto účelu zvolena, je systematická literární rešerše. Výstupem práce je soubor doporučení strategických nástrojů pro jednotlivé fáze strategického plánování malých a středních podniků. |

| Abstract: | The scientific literature on strategic planning tools typically focuses on large enterprises, while small and medium-sized enterprises are rather neglected. The aim of this work is to map the current state of the literature on the tools of strategic planning of small and medium enterprises, evaluate these tools in terms of their effectiveness and determine which tools are optimal for small and medium enterprises. The method chosen for this purpose is a systematic literature review. The output of this work is a set of recommendations of strategic tools for individual phases of strategic planning of small and medium enterprises. |
