| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá adaptačním procesem v rámci programu Discover ve společnosti Vodafone Czech Republic. Cílem práce je analýza aktuálně nastaveného procesu adaptace, nalezení slabých stránek a vytvoření doporučení, které mohou organizaci pomoci při vytváření nové strategie adaptačního procesu. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, které se k procesu adaptace vážou. Metodologická část představuje hlavní a dílčí výzkumné otázky a popis metod, které byly použity při výzkumu. Poslední část této práce se věnuje analýze sesbíraných dat, na které navazuje výčet slabých stránek procesu adaptace a následně doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The Master’s Thesis deals with the onboarding process within the Discover program at Vodafone Czech Republic. The main aim of this work is to analyze the currently set onboarding process, find weaknesses and create recommendations that can help the organization in creating a new strategy. The theoretical part characterizes the basic concepts that are related to the onboarding process. The methodological part presents the main and partial research questions and a description of the methods that were used in the research. The last part is devoted to the analysis of the collected data, which is followed by a list of weaknesses of the onboarding process and recommendations. |
