| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje umění (především hudbě) ve veřejném prostoru jako fenoménu, který může, za předpokladu dobře nastavených podmínek, pozitivně ovlivnit jak uměleckou scénu, tak kvalitu veřejného prostoru. Mapuje legislativní opatření pro podporu a regulaci pouličního umění v Praze a v Brně a vývoj vztahů mezi buskery a místní samosprávou. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit rozdíly ve spokojenosti pouličních umělců s podmínkami pro busking v Praze a v Brně. Práce zkoumá vliv legislativních opatření na motivaci a demotivaci buskerů a hledá obecné faktory, které mají největší vliv na spokojenost pouličních umělců. Práce vychází z literatury věnující se veřejnému prostoru. S málo zpracovaným tématem pouličního umění pracuje také na základě zahraničních zdrojů, které se buskingu věnují. Pro správné uchopení problematiky je usilováno o co největší vzorek respondentů, aby byla možná kvantifikace. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with art (especially music) in public space as a phenomenon that can, if provided well-established conditions, positively affect both the art scene and the quality of public space. The bachelor's thesis monitors the legislative measures for the support and regulation of street art in Prague and Brno and the development of relations between buskers and local government. The aim of the research is to find out the differences in the satisfaction of street artists with the conditions for busking in Prague and Brno. The thesis examines the influence of legislative measures on the motivation and demotivation of buskers and seeks general factors that have the greatest influence on the satisfaction of street artists. The work is based on literature devoted to public space. It also works with the little elaborated topic of street art on the basis of foreign sources that deal with busking. In order to properly grasp the issue, the largest possible sample of respondents is sought so that quantification is possible. |
