| Abstract: | Náplní bakalářské práce je analýza spolupráce hlavních vlastníků a správců kulturního kapitálu se zaměřením na bývalé okresní město Semily. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu spolupráce subjektů a její provázání na jednotlivé struktury. Práce se zaměřuje na podrobný popis města a vybraných objektů, vymezení vazeb a rozbor současné spolupráce, která mezi subjekty v rámci města probíhá. Stěžejním bodem práce je provedená analýza za pomoci hloubkových rozhovorů s klíčovými pracovníky vybraných subjektů. Výsledkem práce je identifikace vazeb spolupráce a zmapování konkrétních příkladů. Zjištěné závěry budou zajímavým podkladem při řízení činnosti a vhodným materiálem k dalšímu rozvoji spolupráce a využití kulturního kapitálu ve městě. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis monitors the cooperation of the main owners and administrators of cultural capital in the town of Semily. The aim of the work is to analyze the current state of cooperation between core town stakeholders and its connection to the public. The key point is the quantitative analysis of citizens' perceptions. It follows using the qualitative analysis of four in-depth interviews with employees of the main cultural institutions in the town. The result of the work is the identification of the links of cooperation and the listing of specific examples. In conclusion, there is a summarization of cultural events, the development of cooperation between core stakeholders, and the use of cultural capital in the town. |
