| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení úspěšných podniků působící v České republice. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis a srovnání aspektů řízení, které úspěšné firmy aplikují z pozice top managementu. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a je zaměřena na management a jeho aspekty. Je zde nastíněn vývoj managementu a následně jsou zmíněna odlišná pojetí managementu. Dále jsou v této části rozebrány jednotlivé aspekty řízení a je vysvětlena koncepce úspěšnosti firem. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí strukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů se zástupci vybraných úspěšných společností. Na základě těchto rozhovorů bylo provedeno srovnání jednotlivých firemních přístupů, které jsou v praktické části také rozebrány. Zjištěné shody i odlišnosti jsou pojmenovány v závěru práce, který má za cíl shrnout a poukázat na společné a rozdílné přístupy řízení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of managing successful companies located in the Czech Republic. The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to describe and compare the managerial aspects of these companies that are used by top-level managers. The theoretical part comes out from the professional literature and focuses on managerial aspects. This part outlines the managerial development and mentions different managerial conceptions. Also, the theoretical part of this work analyzes individual managerial aspects and explains companies’ success conceptions. The practical part focuses on the qualitative research that is completed by structured in-depth interviews with representatives of chosen successful companies chosen. Based on these interviews, managerial approaches of each company are analyzed and compared in the practical part as well. Similarities or differences found are named at the end of the work and its goal is to summarize and to point out common and different managerial approaches. |
