| Abstract: | Účelem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení restaurace, která bude nabízet balkánskou kuchyň. Cílem je zjistit, zda je daný projekt proveditelný a zda má tato restaurace udržitelný potenciál. Celková práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům týkající se podnikání a struktuře podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se věnuje samotnému podnikatelskému plánu na založení restaurace Balkan Grill v Praze. Tato část se mimo jiné zabývá marketingovým plánem, strategickou analýzou a finanční plánováním. V závěru je vyhodnocení dané práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is creating a business plan of a restaurant that offers Balkan cuisine. The purpose of this document is to find out if the project is accomplishable and sustainable. The document has two parts, those are the theoretical part and the business plan itself. The first part reviews basic terms of entrepreneurship and the structure of the business plan. The second part is dedicated to the business plan of Balkan Grill restaurant in Prague. Besides other things this part occupies the marketing plan, the strategic analysis, and the financial planning. In the end of the document there is the evaluation of the business plan. |
