| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je identifikovat vhodný postup pro obnovu a využití historického mlýna v obci Chocnějovice. Práce se snaží najít kompromis mezi památkovou hodnotou objektu a snahou o jeho ekonomické využití. Popisuje historický vývoj mlýnů a mlynářské technologie v Čechách i ve světě. Věnuje se historii a současnému stavu historického mlýna v Chocnějovicích. Analyzuje uměleckohistorické hodnoty objektu a zkoumá možnosti ekonomického využití mlýna v dnešní době. V závěru je navržen plán obnovy tohoto objektu. Realizace tohoto postupu by umožnila začít objekt znovu používat, aniž by přitom došlo ke ztrátě jeho historické hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this Bachelor’s Thesis is to identify the optimal solution for the restoration of the historical mill in Chocnějovice. The thesis it trying to find a compromise between the effort for economical utilization and the push to conserve the historical value of the building. It describes the historical development of mills and milling technology in the Czech Republic and in the world. It focuses on the history and the current state of the historical mill in Chocnějovice. It analyzes the historical value of the building and researches the possibilities of economical utilization in modern days. In the conclusion it offers a plan for the restoration of the mill. Realization of this plan would allow the owner to profit from the mill while preserving its historical value. |
