Abstract: | Dnešní ekonomické prostředí nabízí oproti minulým více možností řízení nebo vlastně samo-řízení svých firem a organizací. |

Abstract: | Today's economic environment offers, compared to the past, more options for management or self-management of companies and organizations. Self-management involves the humanity and initiative of all persons in the organization and seeks to fully involve them in a continuous ascending cycle of improvement. Quantitative research was chosen for writing this work and a questionnaire method was used. This is orientation research that compares work engagement, workload and interpersonal conflict in SMOs and MHOs. The aim of this work is to examine whether there is greater work engagement in self-maneging organizations and there is less interpersonal conflict and workload. The results of the N (76) analysis confirmed that employees in SMOs are more engaged in work, in the sense that they have more vigor to work and devote more time to their work. On the other hand, the analysis did not confirm that employees in SMOs feel more absorbed from work than MHOs. SMOs did not show that they are better than people in MHOs in workload and in interpersonal conflict. This work showed that the implementation of self-management has a positive effect on employees and their work. |
