| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh systému skladování kol, který je založený na principech lean managementu. První kapitola je zaměřena na lean management, vysvětlení pojmu lean, představení Toyota Production System a jsou zde rovněž popsány hlavní principy lean managementu. Další kapitola je věnována skladování, zabývá se funkcí skladů, jejich řízením, a také plýtváním, ke kterému zde často dochází. Následuje kapitola zaměřená na procesy a metody, které budou využity v praktické části bakalářské práce. Ta se zabývá optimalizací systému skladování kol ve vybrané firmě pomocí aplikace metod a nástrojů lean managementu. Po provedení potřebných analýz jsou informace využity k návrhu nového, efektivnějšího systému skladování. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a warehouse system, which is based on the principle of lean management. The first chapter focuses on lean management, an explanation of the term lean, presentation of the Toyota production system, and describes the main principles of lean management. The next chapter is devoted to warehouses, it looks at the function of warehouses and their management, even in full areas, where it is possible to have in the warehouse to your interest. All chapters focuses on processes, which will present the methods that will be available in the practical parts of the bachelor's thesis. The practical part of bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization of the storage system in a selected company using the application of lean management methods and tools. Once the necessary information has been made, information is available on the design of a new, more efficient storage system. |
